Frequently Asked Questions

How does therapy work?

We view therapy as a collaborative process and believe that you are the expert on your life, and we are the experts in facilitating change. We work together towards your goals. Together, we will work on identifying and putting into practice the skills you need. These skills can be increasing awareness and insight, challenging perceptions and assumptions, learning to address and resolve conflict effectively, and making new decisions for behavioral change. Change can feel painful, so we'll support you at the pace that feels best. Finally, we'll create a plan to identify the early warning signs that problems could be returning and give you solutions to prevent them from ever happening.

How much does it cost?

Our services come at no cost to the client. We bill through the client's insurance to ensure no financial burden is placed on people in need.

Can I use my insurance?

Of course! Currently, we accept Medicaid FFS, Medicare, Molina, Anthem, Magellan, SilverSummit, and Aetna. If we do not accept your insurance as payment at this time, we will still help you receive services. Soon we will accept all major providers!

How do I get started?

You can get started by calling and scheduling a consultation. Or you can complete the online referral form on our website via the buttons at the top, or the resource page. Accommodations for walk-ins are sometimes available, but not always. Ensure you will be taken care of by contacting us or completing a referral form.

What should I expect?

We will send you intake paperwork to be completed online. Once this is completed, we will set up an appointment with one of our qualified therapists.
